Candi Workshop

This is it | Candi Wedding Workshop | Toskana

It’s a wrap. We just got back home from a week in Italy where we held our last Candi Wedding Workshop.

Why the last one? Well, it’s been more than two years now that we developed this kind of workshops and it’s time to move on and create a new concept. Also we have taped this workshop and are short before releasing it on video for everyone at home. More information about that and a little trailer can be found here. Sorry for our English speaking followers and friends. This is German Language only (for now).

So back to the topic. Italy was terrific! We have been looking forward to this for a long time already. Last year we wanted to do a workshop in Italy but it is really much more work than being here in Munich or close by and we could not make it then. A lot of things to organize, it’s far to travel but it’s more than worth it and we are super happy that we did it now.

The team was pretty much the core team from recent workshops. We love to work with everyone in this team and you might know most of them already. Our dear friend and top wedding planer Doreen Winking was of course again responsible for developing a concept, styling the day and this time she also took care of the flowers. She is just a genius if it comes to pretty things and on top of this she is one of the sweetest girls we know in this industry. Thank you Doreen for being such a great friend and nice person to work with.

Doreen works a lot with Sonja, Die Exklusiven Einladungskarten, and it is a pleasure for us to have this talented and creative designer on board of the workshop team again. We could not imagine this but Sonja has excelled all expectations once again and blew everyone’s mind with this beautiful stationary. Thank you Sonja for being with us, unbelievable great job!

If it comes to sweet things you gotta check out and taste the work of Heike Krohz (Suess und Salzig). She is not only a super nice person and talented cake designer but also a very reliable woman. Thank you for being part of this and making the effort to support the workshop. Would have loved to have you with us down in Italy.

We are super thankful for once again have had the chance to use one of the amazing dresses from Elfenkleid. Thank you girls for being part of this. The beautiful work of Jannie Baltzer matched the dress perfectly and we are super happy and thankful for your support of our workshops, Jannie.

Recently we met Giulia Cresci from Florence and did not miss the chance to hire her to work for the team. Her beautiful hair and make up work let our models shine. Thank you for being with us!

For those of you following our wedding work over the season might have recognized a familiar location for our workshop. Yes, this is the beautiful Villa Sermolli, where we had the pleasure to shoot this and that wedding.

Martin Pleiner provided this place for our group and it was a real Italian feeling and great hospitality. Thank you for the chance to be at your place and we are sure we meet someday soon again.

A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to the amazing couples we had. They came a long way to make this happen for our attendees and us. Thank you!

For the traditional feature one day after the workshop shoot over at Hochzeitswahn we also would like to thank Patricia for her support. You are such a great friend and we love to meet you soon again for some cool projects.

Here is to thank everybody being part of this and most of all our attendees, without you we all would not be going out there to create this workshop experience. We have had so much fun and we cannot wait to meet you all again and also follow your work. It was such a great group and nice folks, inspiring conversations and funny evenings too.

Before we are coming to the end we have to THANK one special person who was in the team for the first time: Our lovely PA Marina Scholze! You have been such an amazing help and we are honored to have you with us. Thank you so much for all the work you do and for being such a sweet person. Also thank you for the great BTS Photos -> LINK.

Love from Munich

Carmen and Ingo
