It’s been quite here on our blog recently. Believe it or not, that’s a good sign actually. It means we are having time for each other instead of continuously working.
We don’t write “this end-of-year-reviews blog posts” instead we reflect for ourselves, what great time we had and how spoiled we are to live our dream and to do what we love. Here is to thank all of you who support our work: Family, friends and of course clients. The best on the planet actually!
This was the second full time year as photographers for both of us and it could not have been better. It was a truckload of work and sacrifice but there was not a single day that we regret doing what we do.
We set goals for every year, as many of you probably do, and we continuously work to get these goals done. Our goals for 2013 are all pretty much checked off. One is to travel again after the Trip Around the World we did in 2010. Btw, if you want to follow our travels, you can do so best on our instagram profiles HERE and HERE
So we went to South Africa by the end of November and were lucky to meet so many people we know from our social media timelines. It was mainly for a recover and relax holiday but we also met Claudia and Ricky to photograph their love for each other. We finally had the chance to enjoy the amazing South African light and the beautiful nature. More postings from SA are coming soon.
Being married for four years they always wanted to do a casual shoot. Both are amazing talented photographers themselves and we are extremely honored to be in the list of great South African photographer names like Jean Pierre Uys (Wedding) and Christine Meintjes (Engagement) who had this two love birds in front of the camera already.
Here is to thank you both for an incredible nice summer evening and for finally meeting you in person. It’s terrific to see your love for each other.
All the best for the next year and hoping to meet you soon again!
Carmen and Ingo
And to all of you out there: HAPPY NEW YEAR 2014! Maybe we meet up in the upcoming year, who knows?
